We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all Egos Plus subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
  • Refunds apply only to the initial subscription purchase amount
  • Account must not have engaged in any violation of our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests are limited to one per customer for the same subscription type

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
  • Renewal payments or recurring billing charges after the initial 7-day period
  • Any purchases made outside of the Egos official channels
  • Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period has expired
