Egos and the original content, features, and functionality of the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of Egos and its licensors. The core software is available under its respective open-source license as specified in the source code repository.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for all charges incurred under your account.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Egos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
